Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy – KurtaLo

At KurtaLo, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains our rules for refunds, returns, and cancellations in accordance with Saudi e-commerce regulations.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as undergarments) cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the same payment method used during purchase (e.g., same card/account).
Refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipping by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return after delivery (see section 1).
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
