1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities in Saudi Arabia.
For remote or out-of-service areas, delivery may take longer or may not be available. Customers will be notified in such cases.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days within Saudi Arabia.
During peak seasons or promotions, delivery may take longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
Free shipping may be offered for promotional campaigns or when you spend above a certain amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.
5. Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, courier delays, or government restrictions) may affect delivery schedules.
KurtaLo will not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies, but we will assist in resolving issues.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information (address, phone number, contact person).
If the courier cannot reach the customer due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.
